We believe that as the church grows larger, it must grow smaller.

Every member of NLC has opportunity to be connected to a small group called a Link Cell, where they receive individual care and attention, and get connected to the family of believers. These cell groups are organized along gender lines, couples, age groups, career-wise as well as geographically.
